Discovery Children's Museum

Join us at DISCOVERY Children’s Museum on Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm to splish, splash and celebrate our reimagined Water World exhibit! Water World tells the story of the Southern Nevada water cycle and highlights our region as a leader in water conservation efforts.

Experiment with water through self-guided exploratory play: building dams, launching balls into winding tracks, feeding a vortex, directing water flow through river channels, constructing water treatment pipelines, and fishing in Lake Mead. Unique exhibit features also include a kinetic ecosystem sculpture, bell fountains, and a desert-adapted landscape interactive.

While you play, learn how to contribute to conservation efforts and discover local organizations working to combat climate change. After a wet and wild experience, stay and explore the rest of DISCOVERY’s hands-on exhibits and engage with Museum educators and science enthusiasts.

Registration is required and limited to the first 150 registrants.
